I have a site that was moved from a Direct Admin server which is structured differently than cPanel. On the DA side they have an public_html folder and a private_html folder. When an SSL is installed and https:// is used in the URL the files in the private_html folder are loaded.

So, now that the site is moved, and I have setup a "Lets Encrypt" SSL for this domain, when I load http it loads the site, but when I load https it is loading the files in that private_html folder.

Does anyone know and easy fix for this? Is there somewhere in CP or WHM that you can point to which directory to load files from?

Thank you in advance for any help..

    Hello,

I'm glad to see you were able to solve the issue. Thank you for sharing the outcome.

Out of curiosity, did you use "WHM >> Transfer Tool" to migrate the account from the DA server? If so, how long ago did you complete the transfer, and which version of cPanel was installed at the time? We'd like to correct this if it's a bug with our transfer tool.

    Thank you.
