hi guys i am having a problem in viewing my site using https. my website is opening with http but not with https. and its been 2 days i get the ssl certification on my site. so can you help me with this? i dont know what to do? should i change or add some code on .htaccess or in my index file. please help me.

Could you let us know the steps you took to install the SSL Certificate? If you used cPanel, have you ensured you activated the SSL certificate? Also, do you have root access to this system? If not, you may want to consult with your web hosting provider to have them check why it's not installed properly.
