HTTPS working, but HTTP does not - WHM/cPanel

Hi, Yesterday my websites are down because of httpd and some other services are not running and showing the pending state. WHM and cpanels are working fine but websites are not opening.

When i restart server and httpd server all other services working fine but httpd still in pending state. Please check attaches screenshot.

After some tried httpd server is up but still websites are not running.

Hey there! Do you see anything helpful in the Apache logs at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log? That's the first place to check for any issues related to the Apache service on the machine.

In each account etc folder have domain folder and its empty and when i access directly from ssh follow is showing
AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due

Are you referring to /home/username/etc/domain.com? If so, that is where the email account data is stored. I'm not sure how that would be related to the HTTP system.

The redirect issue you're seeing is almost always related to .htaccess files having too many redirects for Apache to process.

The problem is when i open the site its not working but when i open whm panel or cpanel its working fine, on error log only one error which is
AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due this,

LFD is part of the firewall system on the server, and wouldn't be related to these issues.

You'll want to check the .htaccess for the domain. I would move the .htaccess completely out of the way as part of this troubleshooting and then see how the site behaves.

some how title of the post is selected incorrect, main issue is all of my sites are not opening, its not .htaccess issue as no static file is even opening.

all are on same server and i am using amazon ec2 and whm panel. if you need i can share credentials as well.

.htaccess is loaded every time a page is loaded, static or php

If you get error " AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects" it's usually caused by redirects in .htaccess
