Big problem - I updated today, and now WHM and cpanel just give me "Access Denied" errors. I can't log into anything. Whats going on?

That happened to me once as well, I had to reinstall bind, and then update cpanel, as well as sysupdate. It was a bitch, and I am not really sure which step fixed it, but afterwards it worked, and thats all that mattered.
