Huge problem

Please take a look at this image,

Thing is all accounts and files work, and WHM knows all the correct IPs and such, but anything to do with cPanel it has errors.. Websites are even up but users can't do much..

Could you please tell me how I can solve this issue? Anyone?

Check the log file for more informatuon about the nature of this problem:
tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
