Hyperthreading: Yes or No?

We have the option of replacing a cpanel server we just got (P4 2.8 GHz) with a P4 2.8 Hyperthreading server. Will this increase performance (and keep loads down)?

Also, I have seen people with problems with hyperthreading processors. Are these only with Xeon's? Is there a way to fix these problems?

We run it on our 2.8s and 3.2s. It is a great as it does increase your performance and access times. It basically allows you to get the most out of your server.
