I am not able to access whm & cpanel properly

    Hello :)

    Have you checked to verify you are not at your system memory limit (use the "free -m" command)? Also, if this is a VPS, has your VPS reached it's memory limit or any other parameter limit (e.g. look for fail counts in /proc/user_beancounters)?
