    Hello,

This is the first time i am creating post on cPanel forum so if i mess up with any rule please forgive me. I am trying to add my domain ("http://www.android-bb.com") using "Addon Domains" feature and getting this error

I have even deleted this website from my previous hosting and you can see that the DNS is working fine. It is pointing to my new IP.

What is the issue? I've googled a lot and found many things but none of them is working.

Please let me know how to fix it.

    Thank you
    Arthur

If you have access to WHM, please check if the domain is already added as an addon domain or created as primary domain on the server. Your second screenshot shows that it is already added and resolving too.
You also need to check if the subdomain with same name is created on the server.
You can execute following command to know who owns the domain actually.

    /scripts/whoowns domain.com
