    Hello
I have a question I want to change the name of the root user to any other name
Do you get there is any conflict or problems with the control panel or server in general

    The second question:
I have more than one server almost any ten servers
There are settings within our cpanel when installed, such as
    Tweak Settings
    Security Center
    Service Configuration
    System Health
    and etc........

How possible for me to save these settings and move them to other servers quickly
Because when it works the same steps on all servers is something tired
Is there a solution to save these most settings, and transfer them to other servers quickly

You can add another user and allow him root access to disable direct root access and that won't affect the working of the control panel. However, you will still have to access WHM using the 'root' user. You cannot use any other user to access WHM for full functionality.

Regarding copying of configuration files, it depends...
    Tweak Settings: /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
Security Center: install CSF and copy the /etc/csf/csf.conf file to all the servers.
Service Configuration: depends... you can copy my.cnf, exim.conf, exim filter files, ftp configuration but NOT httpd.conf, named.conf since their contents varies.
