We need more details in order to provide much assistance.

Do you get any bounce-back message when you try to send mail? Are you the administrator of the server, or only a domain user with a cPanel account?

If you are the administrator of the server, you can log in via SSH as root and view /var/log/exim_mainlog to find logged details of the mail transaction.

If you are not the administrator of the server and only have a cPanel log-in, you will need to ask your host for assistance.

You might want to check the email didn't end up in the spam folder for those services. It is possible that the email filtered to spam instead based on the spam reputation of the server's IP or domain.
