I can send mail to any email without problem .... but I can not recive reply message or any message

If I sent message to my mail .... the message back because it did not send

If you're the server administrator, I'd suggest checking the mail logs as these will reveal a more specific reason.

Check the entries in /var/log/messages/exim_mainlog (or /var/log/messages/exim/mainlog) that relate to the email address in question:

If you're not the server administrator, you'd need to contact your hosting provider and have them look into it.

Sorry, my mistake there with the log file path - I didn't check too closely before I posted!

The error you're seeing is telling you that sender verification failed, which can happen if the sending server can't confirm that the sender's mailbox exists.

In WHM > Exim Configuration Editor, try playing around with the following two options:

- Verify the existance of email senders.
- Use callouts to verify the existance of email senders.

I once had both options checked but found I had to uncheck the second option to receive mail from cPanel (annoyingly).

Try first unchecking them both and see if everything works. Incoming spam levels are likely to increase if both are left unchecked, so fiddle around with them and see which ones you can leave checked.
