when i run the .sea file, i get this error:

xterm: Can\'\'t execvp ./cpanel-redhat7.2-install.sea: Permission denied

I\'m logged in as root, and i have no idea what i\'m doing wrong. Do i need certain things installed on the system before i try and run this? I\'m using redhat 7.2. Please help me out. THanks,
