I cannot access the cPanel with the server root user

Root user credentials work when I enter the WHM but when I use them the cPanel does not work for me, I have already tried everything, I have already checked the login_log, I already made stopcphulkd, and nothing it should be clarified that it is the first time I have entered cPanel after having installed it, it is strange because if I can enter the WHM, I appreciate the help you can give me.

Hello,

To access cPanel for a user account you need to use the cPanel username/password, you would not use the root user to do this. As the root user you can also access cPanel directly from WHM for any account at WHM>>Account Functions>>List Accounts -> cP next to the account name.

You can, if it's not disabled access a cPanel account by entering the cPanel username and root password.
