I hv a quick question would like to ask any help, cant figure out why cannot access My Cpanel after upgrade Cpanel to latest version (Cpanel 8.5.4-R7).... but i can access WHM...

I try "service cpanel stop" & 'service cpanel start', but still fail.. this is the result--

what should i do now?? thanks

** i have already reboot the server but cant help

I check the error_log in /usr/local/cpanel/logs

it show--
sh: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ftpadmin: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/psql: error in loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.3: cannot open$
sh: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ftpadmin: No such file or directory

Yes, we are glad that it was fixed, but please let us know, especially for those people who search the forums, and just find "fixed" are a little disapointed, and it does not help them at all.
