I can't create correctly python app

I can't create the Ptyhon application correctly. After creating the application, I receive the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong." See attached image.

Salut! Nous allons avoir besoin d'un peu plus d'informations avant de pouvoir vous aider. La première chose que nous devrons savoir, est-ce que vous avez un accès root au serveur, ou juste un accès cPanel ?

I don't have root access on the server just cPanel access

I have tried the different methods that are in the document but the problem persists.



The problem is that once I create the Python application, this error page automatically appears at the domain name level. At this stage, I have not yet dumped the various files.

Since you don't have root access to the machine, you will need to contact the hosting provider or datacenter to have them do additional troubleshooting on their end to find the root cause.
