I can't install PHP with EasyApache 4

Hello,

I try to install PHP but at the Review step, i got error :

" Update Error: Timeout waiting for distro lock files related to /usr/bin/yum at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Binaries/Cmd.pm line 395. "

I try :
yum clean all
yum update

I also reboot the server but still same error.

Please help me.

Hey there! Did the yum commands not show any errors on the server? If not, can you try running "/scripts/upcp --force" to force an update of the cPanel tools to see if that resolves the issue?

@shohan - if you can run a "yum update" without an issue and you aren't seeing any problems with the packages on the system, please submit a ticket to our team. I don't see that any previous users in this thread have submitted a ticket to resolve their issue, so I can't have anything I can share at this time.
