Thanks for the additional details. Are you able to reach port 2082 and 2083 on the server from your location? If not, the pages will not load properly. You could check this from a telnet test from your local machine to the server's IP with this command:
where "x.x.x.x" is your server's IP address.

It sounds like your IP may have been blocked by cPHulk or another security service as you don't seem to have full access to the server.
