I cant see my website - but others can!

Guys, I'm really sorry to ask, in case I've missed it elsewhere, but I'm going loopy!!

I cant view my website from my computer, but other computers can!

Also, i cant access the control panel.

It's www.robfox.info.

all i was doing was amending some pages, and at one point it repeatedly asked me for the password and login name...then nothing!!

If anyone can help, please let me know what i have to do!

I've emptied my browser cache, no joy!

It is possible that you have triggered the server to block your IP. Contact your host to verify and have corrected.
