I cant see "Site Software" in cPanel. Where is it located?

I am using 11.25 and I cant see "Site Software" icon from cpanel. Skin is x3

Can you please help me how to locate/install so I can see "Site Software" in cpanel?

I unchecked it from feature manager so that explained why i wasnt able to see it initially. can see it now
