Hello :)

You can access your server via SSH and try connecting to remote servers over port 25. EX:

Code:
# telnet alt1.aspmx.l.google.com 25
Try a couple of different remote mail servers and see if the connection attempts fail. If they do, it means your hosting provider could be blocking outbound connections over port 25. Contact them to see if they can allow it.

Thank you.

Hello,

Its all blocked.
They said I can't use anymore this port 25 and must change to the port 587. Also they said I must use this gateways to send emails with my server host cloud. “cloud-smtp.whservidor.com”.

Now its getting pretty confusing what I should change? I already add a second "587" port in exim but still not sending any mails just receiving and seems to still sending it using the port 25 .

I suppose "they" means your provider.
In that case I'd also suppose that they provide instructions how to configure Exim to send through their gateway servers. It does not mean only changing the port Exim is using to send.
