I can't send emails

I have created an email account in cpanel, but I cannot receive or send emails

dovecot: master: Fatal: service(lmtp) User doesn't exist: mailnull (See service lmtp { unix_listener /var/run/dovecot/lmtp { user } } setting)

Hello! We would need to investigate to determine why it's saying the mailnull user doesn't exist. Would you be able to open a support ticket using the link in my signature, or request for your provider to open a ticket with cPanel for this issue? Once done, update us with the ticket ID so I can keep this thread updated on the findings.
