I can't send mail to hotmail

    hello ,

    I can send mail to hotmail when I send it from forum or root ;

    when I run this command in SSH : echo "test mail" | mail -s "test" xxxx@hotmail.com

    I have in my exim_mainlog :

    I sent email from SSH root

    I think the ptr record configure on the domain how can configure it for accept send from SSH ??

    Is the mail ending up in the junk box, or is it not being received at all?

    I dont receive it absolutely in hotmail

    Hotmail in my experience is the strictest provider in terms of their spam filtering. Do you have a valid SPF and is your rDNS resolving correctly? I had similar problems in the past and had to contact hotmail support to get it to go through.
