I can't update SSL Certificate

Hello I have problems with this new version of cpanel. I want to install the main ssl to my server (name.server.com)
I always have installed using whm. I Generated a singing request using the whm for a temporary certificate and installed it, then I went to provider and bought the certificate using that csr and then they gave me a new certificate and I just replace it in the "Install an SSL Certificate on a Domain" I mean the old certificate for the new one and install. and that's it.

Now I receive the message: You have successfully updated the certificate for “name.server.com” and all other SSL websites on its IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xx).
Click “OK” to reload this page.

but when I try to acccess to anydomain.com/webmail for example I still have the temporary certificate I used to generate the csr. the whm doesn't update it for the new one.

Please I need some help

Certificates for your services (e.g. cPanel/WHM/Webmail, Exim, etc) must be installed via:

"WHM Home » Service Configuration » Manage Service SSL Certificates"
