Hey there! Do you have WHM access to the machine or just cPanel access? The reason you aren't seeing this is because the additional Zone Editor tools are not enabled for the packages assigned to your cPanel account, but these can only be modified from WHM.

If you have WHM access you can go to the Feature Manager page, edit the package assigned to that account, and make sure the "Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT)" option is selected, as that will increase the number of options you have on that page. Can you try that and let me know if that resolves the issue?

Thanks for your support. I checked the "Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT)" option and the problem was fixed. I have another question. Enabling this option will show all records to the users and they can change the records which is not very good. How can I just add the dmarc record option to the "Add Record" button in the image above?

There isn't a way to split up the options - currently you can only enable all of them or none of them.

If you would like to have more control over which specific types of DNS records are enabled I would recommend submitting a feature request using the link in my signature as our development team reviews those, and other cPanel users get to vote for them.
