Which ftp account listed in FTP MANAGER does not have CHANGE QUOTA? Your primary account name will not have an option to change the quota because its the admin login for your account, and has access to all functions and diskspace on your hosting account. You cant change its quota. Also, there may be a [email protected] ftp account that does not have CHANGE QUOTA either, as the system creates that account for log management. Most other accounts should have CHANGE QUOTA next to them. Is the ftp account in question one that you created manually yourself through the ADD FTP ACCOUNT function?
