    My suggestion is install mail scanner using Cpanel version.

    Update Cpanel to latest build and run

    wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/mailscanne...tall-1.5.tar.gz
    tar -zxvf mailscanner-autoinstall-1.5.tar.gz
    cd mailscanner-autoinstall-1.5
    ./install

    To uninstall
    ./uninstall

    And
    killall –9 exim; /etc/rc.d/init.d/exim restart

    Cpanel config mailscanner to restart itself every 10 minutes(if I am not wrong). To manual restart mailscanner
    killall -9 MailScanner; /usr/mailscanner/bin/check_mailscanner

    You might need to edit mailscanner configuration to fit your need:
    pico /usr/mailscanner/etc/MailScanner.conf

    Searching for variables below:
    ======================
    # As a rough guide, try 5 children per CPU. But read the notes above.
    Max Children = 5

    # Notify the local system administrators ("Notices To") when any infections
    # are found?
    # This can also be the filename of a ruleset.
    Send Notices = no

    Allow IFrame Tags = no
    ======================
