    Dear,

I have created a new user so the designers can login via FTP in the subdirectory to upload there files to install the test website. So, the site is visible in www.domain.com/test/
Login via FTP work, so that is not the problem.

But we like to login in the cPanel with the new user and new password in the cPanel. its doesn't take the login and pasw to login?? how can the designer login to go in the cPanel?? othrwise he can't go in the PHPMyAdmin SQL panel.

    Anyone knows how??

    Thanks and regards,
    Dave.

    Hello Dave,

cPanel login is only allowed with one user per account, so while you can create additional FTP users, those users cannot access cPanel. If you want that designer to be able to log into cPanel, you will have to provide the main cPanel username and password for access to that user.

    Thanks.
