I need a admin company for my server

Hello:
Actually I have a company that help to me to manage my cpanel server, but I am dissapointed with it.
I need a serious company.
The last problem i with a high load server that crashed it.
The server was six hours with this problem and after that the load went down and now the server is working fine, but they have not make nothing and don't know what was the problem. Only say to me that "now the server is ok"
But I am sure that the problem will repeate, because I have this problem another times during this week.
