    Oh I see.. Here are your public name server records:
    ns1.dearshell.net. [64.32.19.97 88.255.89.36] [TTL=172800] [US]
    ns2.dearshell.net. [88.255.89.37 64.32.19.99] [TTL=172800]

    As you can see its a mess. You are most likely missing "." in your record entries. Double check your hosting dns record and make the proper corrections. Also check /etc/hosts and /etc/nameserverips files and fix them up.

    Is this your dedicated server or vps? If not, you will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix your dns record.

    Yes it seems to be problem with the DNS settings you need to be contact your server provider and consult this with them as you need to be correct some configuration file for your server like

    /etc/resolv.conf
    /etc/hosts
    /etc/nameserverips

    It looks like things have gone from bad to worse with your DNS settings. As at least everything was getting to a cpanel server when you posted the images. Your supplied images show a default cpanel page so DNS was going somewhere. Are you still seeing this? Are you and the server behind the same firewall? Currently your domain name does not appear to resolve publicly at all:

    $ whois gencsteel.com

    Name Server: NS1.DEARSHELL.NET
    Name Server: NS2.DEARSHELL.NET

    dig @NS1.DEARSHELL.NET gencsteel.com

    ; <<>> DiG 9.4.2-P1 <<>> @NS1.DEARSHELL.NET gencsteel.com

    ^^^ that line should show your IP address. You need to have dearshell.net make sure that your domain had a valid zonefile for your domain in the nameservers they provide to you ns1 and ns2 and ensure the zonefiles host or 'A' records point to your IP address.
