I need a wildcard redirect

I need help. I need when someone enters (tim.domain_name.com) they will be redirected back to my Wordpress site at domain_name.com. but need it to say tim.domain_name.com in the url. I am first having issues with the wildcard redirect and second the Worpress. Can anyone tell me is this something I can do in cpanel.

I host the domain and have my own nameservers and also host the website.
