this website is member page of mostly cpanel users & cpanel partners it does not offer migration as no one here would have access to your server.
your provider needs to help you with this

We do not perform migrations from cPanel to cPanel. However, if there is a problem with the account copy tools that we provide, we can help server administrators with them, but we cannot do the actual migration for them. Note that we can only help the server administrator, not the end user with just a cPanel account (Web site owner).

If your host has the option enabled, you can make and download a backup in cPanel. This is documented here:

Backups

You generate and download a backup, and then give the backup archive to your new host to restore on the server. Not all hosts enable this function, however, so it may not be available in cPanel on the old server.

If this is not available, your host might be able to transfer some data using the cPanel account password. If this does not work, you will need to try to copy data manually using FTP. Your new host is your best resource for help with this, as dalem mentioned.
