    Hello,

I don't know if this is the right section to post this topic anyway

befor in the Cpanel File Manager when I click on ( .tar.gz or .zip ) files in the right fram appears ( File Type: Zip archive data, at least v2.0 to extract ) and below it ( Extract File Contents ) and I can extract the archive
But now when I click on it I get ( File Type: [an error occurred while processing this directive] ) and I can't extract the archive

Any ideas how to solve this problem

    Thank you,
    Faisal

    Same issue

    Hey,

I've got a few servers with the same problem. We have recently updated cpanel on these, so I know this is not the issue. Also I'm relatively certain that the integity of the archives are fine, as these files work fine from the shell. I get a similar error with any archive format (I've tested with .tar.gz and .zip). Also no error shows up in the cpanel error log.
