I need my web hosting site designed

Hello,
I am not sure if I am posting to the right tread here. If not could someone please point me in the right direction. I recently got a cpanel co-lo from burst with the intention of going into full time web hosting. My expertise is in BSD UNIX network and server administration. I am quite comfortable with html however I cant design worth a da** since I don\'t have an artistic trait in me.

I am looking for a individual or organization that can and is willing to do this. I am posting this on this msg board since I believe that it would be best to look for someone that is already familiar with cpanel so as to easily integrate it with my sites over all design. The domain that I am planning to use is bz3.com.

I have a pretty good budget put aside for such work and have talked to a couple of large design firms however none of them have ever done a isp/web host\'s site but I do have some sort of an idea as to what this will cost.

I haven\'t been around solution scripts for a while though. I ended up putting the free hosting on hold for the new site. I stopped taking new clients about 2 months ago. It\'s good to see another person over here from their boards.
