I have a nedd to change the FQDN of my dns's How do I use WHM to do this?

    I tried the

Main >> Networking Setup >> Nameserver IPs

to delete the dns, it says it dose it but then when I go to it again it still shows the DNS I deleted

In the Main >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup
the DNs I want to remove is not listed.

It's stored somewhere either interal to the server or externally can anyone tell me where that is and how to change it?
