I need to export everything through command line

Right now I have only access through SSH.

I want to reformat and restore everything.

However first I need to make a full backup.

How can I do this though SSH only?

If you have configured your WHM backup previously , you can get the backup by manually running the script " /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/cpbackup " in the shell .

In the above is not done you can make a list of your domains and put in in a for loop for account backup.
