Hello, in my WHM it displays the popup message below, and I would like to know exactly how I go about doing this please. I am new so if you could tell me exactly how to do this that would be great. Thanks

The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname (mysite.servermatrix.com). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down.

I did that but it didnt work, there is something else I have to do.
