I really need some help!!! URGENT PLEASE

Hi guys... im a newbie so please be patience.

Right now i have a reseller account and yesterday i created a new account with the domain and averything, the i saw some rare things so i deleted and at the time i finished to create the new one it shows me this...

Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, a DNS entry for xxxxxxxi.org.xx already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) )

Ok... so then ill search this domain on the delete a DNS zone... but surprise... theres no domain there...

Please help me with this... i know im a newbie but please help me..!

If you have a file /etc/named.conf.cache on the server, please move the file:

mv /etc/named.conf.cache /etc/named.conf.cache.bak

At that point, then see if you are able to create the account. If you have clustered nameservers, please also try moving that cache file on those.
