Hi people. I used to have an email address in the form username@mydomain.com

It was getting a lot of spam and so I decided to change it. To avoid future possible spam I thought i'd put it on a subdomain. So I created the mail.mydomain.com subdomain and the address username@mail.mydomain.com (username was the same as the old one).

This ended in a complete mess. Sending mail from the new address sometimes (not always!) appears to the recipient to come from the old address. And same with email pointed to those domains, it gets interchanged, emails directed to one end up to the other!

This is a complete mess. What do I do?
