I have a ticket system that sends out auto responders saying something like "we've received your requests, we'll get back to you"

For ONE particular email address we'll call it noreply@noreply.com I do not want to send an auto response to that address, but our ticket system is not configurable enough to let me do that.

So, I want to tell exim on my machine "Don't send anything to noreply@noreply.com"

I thought out adding a rule to /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter but was concerned upcp would over write it. Would it ?

    Any other suggestions?

    Jeff.

There is no issue with the cPanel. There will be an feature in your ticket system to block the autoresponder mail to the particular email address.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

No, there isn't a feature to do that. That is exactly why I asked the question that I did.
