I want to get cpanel update

Hi i am using -link removed- website. I want to update the Cpanel of this website and want to add new offers to the costomers and free registration for poor people. Does anybody have knowledge to update the Cpanel.?
When i registered it says. When you receive that activation email in your inbox, you will need to click thru the link provided in it to activate your account, before you can post on these forums. Until you do that, you will be told that you do not have permission to post.
what does it mean?

You clicked thru it seems, as you are registered and are able to post.

Hello

Could you elaborate on how you would like to update cPanel? As a reseller, you will not have access to update the version of cPanel. This must be handled by your hosting provider.
