If you want to install NGINX on your server there is no need to remove the nginx from your server as you can install nginx as reverse proxy of Apache. Which will increase the performance of your web server

Here are the installation docs: Nginx Admin Installation Instruction | NginxCP.com

If needed then you can also have a look on apache-booster which is a combination of apache, varnish and Nginx.

    Hello :)

While it's acceptable to use a third-party application such as Nginx in place of Apache, remember that cPanel can only provide official support with Apache. We will ask that you disable Nginx and enable Apache if you open a support ticket for an issue related to the web server.

    Thank you.

Do you have a special requirement to use nginx, if so would you please share it may be we can find a solution for that using Apache or you just wanna try it out? If its a production server with a number of sites on it, I'd not recommend you to do that.
