ICQ notification problem

    I have setup notifications of creating/deleting accounts by ICQ.
    When I create/delete account I see that server's ICQ number going to online status, but I don't receive any messages.

    I've the same problem with multiple icq usage.
    If I input one number in to Server Contact ICQ form, I receive all notifications.
    But if I use more ICQ UINs, notification is'nt work.

    Please, HELP
