I'd like to be able to do something like 'Postini' services with Cpanel

if you are NOT familiar with Postini, it is a process where you can actually capture
and save all inbound/outbound email for archival purposes and they offer this for
up to "10 years" regardless of how many email items or size....

Now I am not looking at doing that in the least in regards to the time period, but
is it possible to have outbound email sent to another mailbox as well in the same
way that inbound aliases can be forwarded to other mailboxes and/or externally?

    Thanks

Simple way: install MailScanner, then use the archive rules to copy incoming/outgoing mail as you see fit. You can copy specific addresses to specific addresses, a whole domain to a specific address... it's quite flexible. And much simpler to maintain than a bunch of exim tweaks.

I will have to take a look for that, I will also have to see if that will interfere with
other email services that are running concurrently on the server.

I am also using ASSP to handle spam...

I think cpanel supports mailman and it supports built-in archiving
