We have a client that has the domain The DNS Zone's seem to be the same as the rest of our zone's, MX seems to be fine but when you send a message to an email address (i.e. [email protected]) it bounces with the following message:

Also... If you do an email trace, it shows the address as being a remote_smtp address.

Please help! I am confused!
