I have searched the forum for this without much help. We have started getting calls from our users about errors when accessing File Manager with IE8. We have duplicated the error on our test machine. Clicking on any button in the File Manager when using IE8 produces the javascript error:

'filesDataTable' is null or not an object
    filemanager_optimized.js
    Code:0

We have only been able to replicate this in IE8 all other browsers seem to work fine.

Any one have a fix for this? Besides saying use a different browser. Customers dont like that much.

We have a report on this issue in a ticket in our system, but that account was using RVSkin rather than x3 theme. Is the account using RVSkin rather than x3 theme?

All of our accounts are locked to the x3 theme.

There aren't any other reports for that error on x3 theme. If this isn't a branded theme, then please open up a ticket in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature so we can investigate further.
