If a user has a custom MX record why does /scripts/mailperm remove that domain from /etc/localdomains ?

I have my MX setup to frontbridge, who checks for spam and viruses and then sends it back to me. But if the domain is removed from /etc/localdomains the email never gets to me? Why does mailperm do this?

This also happens if fixcommonproblems or fixeverything is run.

I have to run mailperm often due to a known bug of email account's inboxes getting created with the ownership user.user instead of user.mail. Why hasnt cpanel fixed that? It seems not fixing that is just causing more and more problems.

Has anyone else has the mailperm removing from /etc/localdomains problem? If i wanted the domain out of localdomains wouldnt i just take it out myself?
