since last month we are facing virus problems on our server something like
    iframe, java script , code
malicious java_script/IFRAME snippets. This causes visitors of your
websites unknowingly redirected to malicious websites which downloads
    malicious Trojan into their computers

    Currently we are running

    cPanel Version: 11.24.4-STABLE
    cPanel Build: 34960
    Apache version: 2.2.11 (Unix)
    PHP version: 5.2.6
    MySQLversion: 5.0.67-community
    Architecture: i686
    Kernel version: 2.6.28.4.dn.p4
    cPanel Pro: 1.0 (RC1)

    Other things:

    we have installed
    mod_security
    csf firewall
    RVskin AnitSpam solution

Please let us know solutions for the same
