hi i recently bought a server with cpanel installed and they gave me the cpanel url log in but they never mentioned a user name or password just a WHM user name and password. Do i have to setup a user name and password for cpanel through WHM? if so how? i was messing around in the WHM last night and i couldn't figure out how to do it or it wasnt listed on how to do it.

or is there a default login info?

If you have a WHM login then that login information should also function for the cPanel interface.

To create additional logins, in WHM go to the Account Functions section and click on "Create a New Account" and complete the on-screen information (it's rather self-explanatory). If you do not see this functionality in your WHM then it was disabled by the server administrator and you will need to take that up with your server administrator.
