image does not appear [urgent]

please help,

I have done add-on with a test-i.com at test.biz, after configuration is complete, why when I checked in www.test-i.com image does not appear. whereas in www.test.biz/test-i.com images appear on the website. whereas the domain hosting the same?

In that case first check if you defined any rewrite rules in your main domains .htaccess file and second check server error logs after browsing your addon domain.

tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

You can copy and paste error logs in this thread, if you are not able to understand the error logs.

Presuming test-i.com is the domain: This is probably a DNS issue; it took me a bit to look up the site, after which it connected pretty quickly. In my case, the images did load. You may have cached DNS from the old location. Have you tried pinging the site to see if it's resolving to 66.96.146.80 from your location?
