    Hello Guys,

Good day. I tried both these paths /usr/bin/convert and /usr/local/bin/convert for imagemagick . I have tested imagemagick and the program is working fine on the server. I have tested the path from the command line and can run the convert script from the command line.

I get this error when using that path:

The following errors were encountered and need to be corrected first:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The installer can not find the '/usr/bin/convert/' directory you have specified for ImageMagick or it does not have permission to access it. Check
that your typing is correct and that you have access to the specified directory.

I get this when I am using the installer for the gallery that it's asking for the ImageMagick path.

Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong?

Sounds like the CopperMine gallery error I've been getting also.

Maybe it's a bad file in coppermine...

I've checked and rechecked my permissions and paths and it never works.

you may want to check /usr/X11R6/bin/

thats' where my convert file is - perhaps a similar directory on your system?

    Correct Path could be: /usr/local/bin/convert
